Ridg-U-Rak is one of the largest pallet rack and storage rack manufacturers in North America, with an annual production capacity of more than 130,000,000 pounds of storage rack. We have three facilities in North East, PA that provide over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing capability and warehousing space. Roll Form Rack Structures At the heart of most Ridg-U-Rak pallet rack systems is our famous roll-form column design. Each upright is welded fully using heavy-duty bracing and base plates to ensure structural integrity. The company produces a range of storage racks based on customers needs, these include 100% selective pallet rack, double deep, gravity flow, push-back, drive-in, very narrow aisle, pick modules, seismic base isolator system and RAMGuard column protection. Seismic Base Isolators Warehouse storage racks have proven to be particularly vulnerable to earthquake damage so Pellegrino and his engineering staff took a quantum leap in the design of racks for earthquake-prone areas when they developed and patented the Seismic Base Isolation System, a design that will resist rack damage and product spillage through the most powerful anticipated earthquakes that the country will ever experience.
