About Jennifer Moehlmann
Jennifer has been involved with the Emergency Management community within the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) since 2015. As the National Emergency Preparedness Program Manager, Jennifer is primarily responsible for the preparation and exercise of the St. Louis District''s All Hazards Plans. In addition to her primary role, Jennifer also serves as an accreditor for the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP), member of the USACE Contingency Support Cadre, and program manager of an Emergency Command and Control Vehicle team. She has supported emergency response and recovery in several local and federal emergencies in response to a variety of natural disasters.
