This seminar is to go over Swift’s experience in performing a multitude of missions while utilizing various technologies to meet the customers end need. The goal is to derive a picture for our listeners that the mission may require multiple technologies to reduce risk and provide greater efficiency in results.

About Phil Mengden

Phil Mengden has worked in the aerospace, defense, and manufacturing industry for his entire 10 year career. Phil has worked across various roles in manufacturing, Business development, project management, and more. He worked at General Atomics starting as a Manufacturing Engineer but then transitioned into Project Engineering/Program Management. He was then selected as 1 of 14 out of all of GA for the Mentee/Mentor Protégé Program. In 2016 he moved to Swift Engineering where he has focused on Business Development, Strategy and Sales. He has worked with a small team to increase sales by 10x over three years, has captured multiple SBIR’s/STTR’s and OTA’s with the DoD and other government agencies, performed demonstrations and training for his customers, and excels at understanding customer requirements. Phil helps Swift and its customers fill gaps with a system of systems approach to solving the entire solution, not just one step in the process.
